Kay continues to manage and organize each of the classroom meetings as well as the Online program. As a CDA, Kay worked alongside Dr. Gerety in their dental practice, and for 30 years she assisted him in presenting their Comprehensive Orthodontic program. She developed and taught her own clinical program for dental assistants and has lectured extensively on office managerial topics including Orthodontic Integration and Profitability, Practice Management and Marketing, and Effective Staff Utilization.
